Daily Wear Rules
Put on your jewellery last after applying lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays.
Take off your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
Wipe pieces gently with a clean, dry cloth after each use to remove sweat and skin oils.
Cleaning Sterling Silver
Use a treated silver polishing cloth to buff away dark tarnish spots - Buy in store or online!
For a deeper clean, mix warm water with a few drops of mild, detergent-free soap.
Soak the silver for up to 5 minutes, scrub gently with a soft baby toothbrush, rinse in clean water, and dry completely with a soft towel.
Cleaning Gold-Plated Jewellery
Never use silver dip, harsh chemical cleaners, or rough scrubbing, as these will strip away the thin gold layer.
Avoid long soaking; instead, wipe gently with a damp cloth dipped in warm, soapy water if needed.
Dry immediately and thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Storage Tips
Store each piece separately in a soft cloth pouch or lined jewellery box to stop scratching. If you don't have these - think simple - a small snap lock bag would also work!
Keep items in a dry, dark place away from humid areas like bathrooms to prevent tarnishing.
