I have purchased many things from GMS. This is the first item I have ever had an issue with. It was a gift for an 18th birthday and the cuff has snapped. It was not treated roughly it just didn’t do as it should. Despite this GMS appears reluctant to exchange the broken cuff. This is very disappointing I won’t shop there again with poor follow up service
